Framework Agreement regarding Rental Monthly / Daily Vehicle Services – All Across Punjab & ICT

Association for Gender Awareness & Human Empowerment (AGAHE) is a national non-government organisation (NGO) established in 2007 under the Societies Act, 1860, in Punjab, with a vision to create an enabling environment for vulnerable segments of society where they can utilise their full potential for improvement in their lives and have equal opportunities to safeguard their rights. AGAHE’s core thematic areas include Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Health & Nutrition, Sustainable Livelihood, Governance, and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).

AGAHE requires rental vehicle services (monthly and daily / need basis) to support its field operations, project implementation, monitoring visits and administrative travel across Punjab and the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT). Vehicles will be required on demand for AGAHE ongoing and upcoming projects.

For the above purpose, AGAHE invites sealed tenders from reputable, legally registered and experienced vehicle rental service providers (hereinafter “Bidders” or “Tenderers”) for the Provision of Rental Monthly / Daily Vehicle Services, required on a need basis, all across Punjab & ICT, comprising well-maintained, roadworthy vehicles supplied together with drivers for AGAHE’s official use, including field work, monitoring, logistics and administrative travel.

The detailed vehicle categories, specifications, estimated quantities and rate schedule are set out in Section 09 (Vehicle Categories, Specifications and Rate Schedule) of this document. Bidders are required to quote rates for all items / lots specified; partial or incomplete quotations may be declared non-responsive.
